Delivery Policy of BeeFixit

At BeeFixit, we ensure smooth and reliable delivery of your orders across Bangladesh. Please read our delivery terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

Delivery Policy within Dhaka

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders within Dhaka city.
• Products will be delivered within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery charges may vary depending on the product type and delivery location. Free delivery is not applicable for all items.
• Our delivery partners (such as RedX, Pathao, eCourier) will follow their own service terms and policies.
• Customers will not be able to test or use the product during home delivery. However, we recommend recording an unboxing video whenever possible.
• If you receive a defective product, please inform us immediately.

Delivery Policy outside Dhaka

• For orders outside Dhaka, products will be delivered via courier services.
• Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm the booking of your order.
• Courier charges and conditional payment charges must be paid by the customer.
• Delivery time and charges will depend on the chosen courier service and the type of product.
• BeeFixit will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the product during transportation by the courier.
• Once the product is handed over to the courier service, BeeFixit holds no further responsibility. However, customers can collect booking numbers and related details from us.
• Customers must collect courier-shipped products directly from their nearest courier branch.
