BeeFixit Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Return Policy
If you wish to return a product, you must send it back within 3 (three) days of delivery.
The product must be returned in our original poly packaging (intact).
If the packaging is opened, broken, or damaged, do not accept the product from the courier and immediately inform us.
The reason for return must be valid, and the return must meet the following conditions:
Delivery of the wrong item
Delivery of a defective product
Delivery of products with missing components
Please note:
If the product packaging is opened or damaged by the customer, the product will not be eligible for return or replacement.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
If the product is not available in BeeFixit’s stock, we reserve the right to cancel any order within five working days.
If the customer agrees to wait, the order may remain in open/processing/on-hold status for up to 30 days.
In case of cancellation due to stock unavailability, if the customer has already made an advance payment, a full refund will be processed within 1 to 15 working days.
If any cashback was received, the cashback amount will be adjusted/deducted from the refund.
If the customer cancels an order after confirmation and online payment, BeeFixit will deduct the online payment gateway transaction fee from the refund amount.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items
The following products or situations are not eligible for return or replacement:
Damages caused due to misuse of the product.
Incidental or consequential damages due to product malfunction.
Any consumable product that has been used or installed.
Items with tampered, missing, or altered serial/UPC numbers.
Products returned without the original packaging, accessories, retailer’s packaging, or any item originally included.
Any defect or damage not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Products that are incompatible with your device, or if you change your mind after purchase.
Note: Product replacement is subject to availability in BeeFixit’s inventory and may require additional waiting time.
Please carefully read product descriptions, prices, and warranty policies before placing an order. We do not provide refunds or replacements if the product does not suit your device, or you ordered the wrong product by mistake.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your issue qualifies for a return as per the policy, you must send the item back to BeeFixit at your own cost.
After inspection and approval, BeeFixit will ship a replacement product at our cost, following our internal cost policies.
5. Courier Delivery Instructions
If the package is damaged or torn, please do not accept the product from the courier.
If you accept a damaged package, BeeFixit will not be liable for any issues, and complaints will not be entertained.
6. Additional Notes
Product replacements are subject to availability and may take additional days to process.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 10 working days after acceptance, though online payment refunds may take longer depending on the payment gateway.
Refunds for payments made via Mobile Financial Services (MFS), online gateways, or POS will incur a refund processing charge.
If you received a cashback on your purchase, that amount will be deducted from the refund.
