Hacking/Data Breach
Our IT and cybersecurity experts work to protect your privacy and our website from hacking and data breaches. However, even the top companies face security risks. In the event of a breach, we will work to resolve the issue quickly. We are not liable for any data loss or transactions during this time.

BeeFixit is a trademark of our company. All other trademarks, product names, company names, and logos appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners.
Submissions
We are not responsible for any payment made due to negligence or false information. Refunds will not be provided in such cases. Please contact us for assistance before making any transactions.
Payment and Billing
Payments are processed via payment gateways, and we do not store sensitive payment information. You are responsible for all charges made under your account, and must notify us of any billing discrepancies within three days of receiving your statement.
Proof of Identification
We may require proof of identity during product distribution. Failure to provide this may result in order cancellation.
Shipping Information
Shipping time may vary from 1 to 15 days, depending on stock availability. Shipping fees are extra unless stated otherwise. We ship through trusted couriers such as RedX, Paperfly, Sundorbon, and S.A. Paribahan.
Battery & Display Purchases
Before purchasing a display or battery, a diagnostic check is required. If a warranty is requested, the product must be brought to our service center or sent via courier at your cost.
Warranty
Warranty is offered for certain products. You must ensure the product is covered by our warranty policy before claiming it. The warranty does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, or modifications by anyone other than BeeFixit.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes will be heard in Bangladesh courts.
Device Data Loss
You understand that data (photos, messages, contacts, etc.) may be lost during repairs. BeeFixit is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
Device Damage During Repair
While we strive to repair your device with care, accidental damage may occur. We are not liable for any such damages.
